Import a snapshot
Use this when you have an official file of your own. Ward votes and PR votes are required as separate numbers. A single blended total is rejected. District-council 40% votes can be included and are kept out of the share.
Accounts are not on in this build, so anyone who can open the desk can append a snapshot. Imports cannot wipe what is already stored. Lock this page down before a public server.
What the file must contain
Municipality id from the IEC list (Cape Town is 9006), a report time, voting-district totals, seat totals, and each party's id, name, ward votes and PR votes. CSV columns:

No sample results are filled in. Zeros would still be numbers, and this desk does not invent them.
